Manually remove notifications

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the three-dot menu button in the upper-right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Then, select Privacy and Security from the menu on the left
  4. Select Notifications (scroll down if the option is not immediately visible)
  5. Find under Allowed to send notifications, then click on the arrow to the right of the website’s name
  6. Click Reset permissions

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the menu button (it looks like three horizontal lines)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Then, select Privacy & Security from the menu on the left
  4. Find the Permissions section (you may need to scroll down for this)
  5. There should be a Settings… button next to Notifications, click it
  6. Select and click on the Remove Website button
